And the romance part of it is about finding a partner who supports those ambitions, who's going to fit into her life and not the other way around.

But there's an interesting scene in When Harry Met Sally, and you've already mentioned we're gonna talk about it later, but, uh, it, it's paralleled in Before Sunset, where Meg Ryan finds out that her ex, who she was with for many years and they said they didn't wanna get married, she finds out he's gonna get married.

And obviously, you know, that's a weird feeling.

It reminds me of that movie.

I think it's called Before Sunset and After Sunrise or something like that about a couple that meets in Paris and they walk and talk the entire night and fall in love.

And it is such a good movie if you haven't seen it.

Um, but, um, But anyway, yeah, I eventually did get through my movie, and I got through his movie, and then I was inspired by his movie to start watching Before Sunset, which I had never seen before.

So I watched that, but I didn't get to finish it on the plane.

You know, there's movies that...

In Days Can Confuse, his second big feature, third movie that we'll talk about, it's really like this period in time in the 1970s that he grew up in, and it's like 20 years ago from when the movie came out, 1990s to 1970s.

How different are we? How the same are we? And then he goes straight into that from that to Before Sunrise, which at the time we don't realize is going to be a continuing film, but he releases another one nine years later in 2004, Before Sunset, and then another one.

seven years later before midnight and that's like how these two grow their relationship over time and then of course there's boyhood which we'll talk about in a year or so which he filmed over 12 years and then he's doing Merrily We Roll Along right now which is filming until at least 2040 the man is obsessed with time but also he's obsessed with the way people interact over time And that's what fascinates me about him.
