Um, and I went back home to, uh, work with a bunch of dairy farmers who were also saying, "Can we get that model over here?" In the process of setting up about six CSAs, um, from Victoria up through, through New South Wales to Taree and then two farms up at Beerwah near, um, on the Sunshine Coast.

I realized that this was really hard yakka.

You know, growing thirty or forty things weekly, sequentially for customers who had high expectations of what that food was, was, was a bit of a, a ridiculous thing to do.
