There are a few states in the United States where corporations are favored above all else.

The three states that are most often exploitated through arbitration are Arizona; Bedford, Texas specifically, not all of Texas, Bedford, Texas; and Tennessee, which is interesting because the Premier Martial Arts franchisees that just settled with the FTC, I guess was on this side, do you know where their case was based out of? And do you know where their home base is? Bedford, Texas.

Uh, they force all their cases into secret arbitrations, which is a secret court system where you can't talk to the press, you can't get the regular rules of a court.

You don't have the same rights.

These three states are where 99% of all franchise law is housed and exploited to hurt small business owners.

That is fascinating.

I'm a gastroenterologist and physician executive with Digestive Health Associates of Texas and GI Alliance, based in Bedford, Texas.

Today, we're going to be discussing the management of patients with Barrett's esophagus in community practice, integrating advanced prognostic testing into risk assessment to prevent esophageal adenocarcinoma.

We'll start by discussing the importance of progression risk in Barrett's esophagus, as well as some of the limitations of traditional risk prediction methods.

And it was interesting because, so just to peel back the curtain a bit, we record a lot of stuff with the players to get them to basically do some imaging for us.

We, for road games... put together lineups similar to what you'll hear and see on like Sunday Night Football of like Ousmane Jang, Bordeaux, France, or Miles Turner, Bedford, Texas, University of Texas.

So like we'll get those recorded and then we'll just ask them a bunch of like life and non-basketball stuff and sprinkle in some basketball.

The basketball questions I had a chance to talk with Ous about quite a bit were, you know, I mentioned what was last year like for you because you were traded and going through that process and seeing like, this is a business like for a young guy, what did that feel like? And he talked about basically it was unnerving and it was very strange.
