So what is the specific collaboration we're unpacking today? Take us back in time, like lay the groundwork, tell us the whole story.
5:18
Oh, sure.
5:19
Well, Natalie, well, like in 2022, this company reached out to me called Naked Nutrition.
5:25
And they were looking for me to promote their product that they came out with called Naked Cookie.
5:31
And it was this cookie that was organic and it had like protein in it.
5:35
And it was good for moms on the go to eat and get some more protein and nutrition in their diet and more vitamins.
5:41
So I thought, oh, that sounds interesting.

When it comes to setting your sponsorship rates, do you have a link or a PDF? Do you just write it inside of the email? What would you say in your reply, I guess is kind of my question, and what would you suggest others do?
3:10
I'm well familiar with that track.
3:11
So borrowed audiences are the fastest growth lever because it's the way to scale in 2026.
3:17
There's only so much you could learn.
3:19
You could spend all your money joining masterminds and courses, but the best way to grow your business is through other people's audiences and get in front of them sharing value.
3:30
So you could do that on a podcast.
3:32
Or maybe you could go on radio and media, like maybe television shows or radio.
3:36
I actually got on Sirius XM and live stages.

20 MINS LATER

24:10
Or in speaking skill.
45:22
Are you blogging about your family and this stuff, or is it business from a mom's perspective?
45:30
No, I don't blog about my family in the past.
45:33
I did take my child to Dollar Tree, and we did a Dollar Tree decoration hunt, and we've done some Dollar Tree posts when he was very little, and I did put his picture on the blog.
45:43
But yeah, there's nothing like that.
45:45
I mostly focus... on like making and saving money and business for moms like that.
45:50
That's the target.
45:51
I do have some mom life like organization because I use Pinterest now because Google took a lot of my traffic away during the helpful content update.
48:53
And what is your process for writing a book? How much AI are you doing with that?
TirralanHOST
11:58
How did that all start?
11:59
Well, like I said before, I had a really toxic boss and he was making me cry in the bathroom and I did disclose to him that I have bipolar disorder.
12:06
So when he said awful stuff to me, I kind of remember my mother telling me bad things.
12:10
My mother was mentally ill growing up and she would tell me awful stuff, you know, and she would abuse me.
12:15
So I would think about that and I would get really, really upset and I couldn't work, you know, and I would cry in the bathroom and I'll go out to my car.
12:23
So eventually he fired me and I was without a job for like six weeks and then I got another job.
12:29
But during that time, I started to really focus on my blog.
TirralanHOST
16:20
Now, how long were you able to do that before you were able to quit your job? Like you were making 10,000 a month,
5:21
What was it about the blogging? Where did you start making your first money with that? And then I eventually want to figure out exactly how you got into digital products.
5:29
Oh, sure.
5:30
Well, my first month I made $1.50.
5:33
So I was working really hard on this blog.
5:35
I was posting a few times a week, blog posts, and I was looking to see what people's problems were before I would make blog content.
5:42
And I would get found on Google through keywords, but it took quite a bit of time because Google keeps your blog in a sandbox.
5:49
up to six months to a year.

22 MINS LATER

27:29
But what's, I guess, in terms of helping you double your income, was it more so of just helping you be more efficient? Were there actual live applications of AI that you used in your courses? Do you have courses that teach people about using AI? What does that all look like for you?
