The ACLU of Minnesota is suing the Detroit Lakes School District over its ban on rainbow stickers and other LGBTQ plus symbols in its schools.

Two students, through their parents, filed a lawsuit in Becker County District Court.

They claim the ban violates free speech and equal protection rights under the state constitution and the Minnesota Human Rights Act.

The lawsuit also accuses four board members of violating the state's open meeting law.

In March of 2005, old Joseph was charged with a July 3rd, 2004 molestation of two boys at a playground in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota.

So it's April 5th of 2005, and he appeared before a Becker County judge who sent his bail at $15,000.

And one of the things that it does is it funds this West Central Initiative out in the middle of nowhere, I mean, these people up there don't need – you know who I really feel sorry for? I feel sorry for those people because they really have dropped out and they're living in the countryside to live in a certain kind of culture.

And then these sons of bitches ride in from Brussels and start imposing their will upon the natural way in Becker County, where you won, by the way.

So the Becker County people know that if you don't vote for freedom – You get sustainable development goals.

About a mile from his parents' house, driving on a two-lane road in Cass County, the speed limit switched from 40 to 55.

Substance misuse specialist Jason McCoy warned commissioners about the potential for dependency and lack of regulation.

It doesn't mean that it's safe.

Just one day before the North Dakota lawmakers hold a special session to address Kratom, the issue is now getting attention across the river in Minnesota as well.

The Clay and Becker County Commissions will each get a presentation on Kratom today and discuss options for a possible county ordinance.

To be clear, there is not an official ordinance being proposed today.

It's just discussions.
