Why do I believe that? Well, I think it comes from my own experience because as a business owner, so I've been running my own business for over 12 years now, and I think that over time, like you always feel like when you run a business, there's always more to do, right? Like, it is the unfortunate side effect of running a business.

So when you run a business, there is so much pressure to always be doing more, and I think that in the world of social media as well, people are always sharing their highlights or they're always sharing all of the things that they're doing, putting a list of their ginormous schedule that they're ticking off in a single day.

People aren't sharing the days where they're feeling exhausted and they have like a couch rot day.

They're just sharing all of that stuff, which creates all this pressure that makes us feel like if we're not doing all this crazy stuff, we're not doing enough.
