I'm down to like $50 and 12 hours later I'm getting paid a lot of money and in the best condominium in all of Beaver Creek, Colorado in the fall.

Every stunt guy in town is involved, and they're great to work with.

And, uh, yeah, everyone's back to their desks.

So you and I were having kind of a meeting to discuss an upcoming conference at Beaver Creek on Friday, and we tossed the idea maybe we should do a end of summer wrap-up.

We were gonna do it on Friday, and then decided, no, let's put it off until, till Tuesday.

And probably a good thing that we did.

Um, they're backed by Iran, and the Saudis are backed by other Sunni countries, but, you know, you- you've got, you know, some of these Iranian proxies that are, are still in the fight, and they're more than willing to take the fight to what they perceive to be their enemies.

Well, regrettably true, and again, that's why I believe [laughs] things are gonna get worse before they get better.

Ultimately, I think that where we're going, and then I think we need for our folks to, to relate this, you know, m- directly to commodities and what's gonna be good and not good, you know, ahead of, uh, the conferences we're gonna be at, both Beaver Creek and Colorado, and then within a few days after that, our Better In Our Backyard conference in the Twin Cities.

But, uh, I, I do think that, um, ultimately, the US will be cut out of some of these things.

I have not.

Oh, it's great.

They do have a lot of delays.

It's one of the most delayed during the season airports in the country.

But not having to drive I-70 in bad weather and go through the tunnel and all that, if you are going to spend the kind of money you're going to spend on a trip to Beaver Creek, I think your idea of flying into Eagle is the right idea.

So we're in 10 ski towns across the west, really the Rockies.

So from kind of Telluride up to Whistler and Jackson Hole, Park City, Deer Valley, Aspen, Vail, Beaver Creek.

If you think of a tier one ski resort town, we're based there and we have just under 200 homes.

Average home is, we like to say like our owners aren't really owners who need to rent the homes.

And it can be horrifically expensive, but it's there's not going to be an issue.

So, you know, where we think, you know, that there's there's definitely several great companies out there doing doing equally good job as invited home.

you know a lot of us are regional players right so you know we're focused just on being really great at ski in the west right right and i think that gives us a competitive advantage um and when you know when travel advisors are thinking of a client that's got to go skiing and uh we just want them to think of us and give us a call and actually we registered the domain skidmc.com uh and oh great up that way uh so people can go to skidmc.com and and set themselves up as a preferred advisor and um you know and think of us when because again there's so much to know when you're traveling the world um and your clients are traveling the world there's so much to know and do you necessarily know whether telluride's the best fit versus aspen versus versus you know even beaver creek where they're right next to each other but two distinct groups of of families will travel to those two separate places
