A Wells Fargo senior vice president reportedly said fingers crossed that things will happen in the next few days in response to inquiry about Iraqi Dinar and Vietnamese Dong Currency Services and SKRS.

And a JP Morgan branch in Beaumont, Texas indicated they are waiting for the RV to come to market before proceeding with currency services.

Those are anecdotal, one branch manager at one location doesn't speak for the whole institution, but the consistency of banks saying we're waiting on the rate is worth noting.

They're not saying it isn't real.

Texas Railroad commissioners will vote Tuesday on ExxonMobil's proposed Rose Carbon Capture and Storage Project in Jefferson County.

That project would allow ExxonMobil to inject up to 53 million metric tons of carbon dioxide underground over 13 years through three wells southwest of Beaumont.

Critics argue the project would rely on federal tax subsidies for carbon capture and could ultimately increase costs for taxpayers and energy consumers.

Former State Representative Jason Isaac called the proposal a lifeline to Biden-era energy policies, while Molly Voigt of Texas Energy Works criticized using taxpayer subsidies to store carbon dioxide rather than produce energy.

They couldn't be tied, nursing, uh, foal, so that's why it was just them.
