And the other thing is Cam Green and Bo Webster have probably put a bit of a gap on him in terms of who's talked about as the number one all-rounders in Australian cricket.

But, you know, if he wants to stay in contention and keep in the conversation in the Red Bull space, then Aaron Hardy's one that I think needs a big year.

He's shown in the past, I thought, when he-- in his first go in the test team, I thought he was terrific, and I thought he was harshly dealt with.

So then Labuschagne, Smith, uh, Green, Carey, Webster, I guess is what they're gonna go with again.

Uh, I'm becoming concerned about Beau Webster, uh, only because he's not-- hasn't scored runs in his last couple of games and hasn't been bowling much.

Uh, he's really-- If he's gonna play and play at seven, then he needs to really score some runs and do his job with the ball.

Uh, or else they may as well just pick another bowler, or in all likelihood, pick Cooper Connolly in front of him and bat him at seven.

Uh, obviously with the bowling, it seems like already they're talking about, uh, Nathan Lyon and suggesting, "Oh, well, maybe we could just play four fast bowlers and Nathan Lyon can miss out." And then Boland would come into that team, and then you would have, uh, Beau Webster bowling a bit of off spin as well as you seam up, and then Cameron Green will bowl his seam up.

And if that's the way the wickets are over there, then that's what they might do.

It's concerning-- That's, that's where we are with Nathan Lyon, his career now.

But yeah, the Cam Green, Bo Webster-

... kind of, that archetype is what you want in your gullies, just big, long.

But Marnus, looking at the squad, probably needs to bat at number three unless you want to stick Bo Webster or Cam Green up there.

No. That's not going to happen.

Now that they've picked him in the squad, I don't know whether you can justify him being a reserve batter.

Because if he does bat No. 3, this is in case Manas fails again in Durban.

If he does bat number three, then you have a few more options, right? The top order is the issue for Australia.

But if Steve Smith bats three and Cam Green pushes to four, then you can even throw an Inglis in there and then choose one between Cooper Conley and Bo Webster.
