It's just always when I stay in hotel rooms over in the UK, I just always turn on BBC four to fall asleep.

Oh, so it's like the relaxing element to it.

Yeah.

But in terms of interpretation...

There's a wonderful program that you should listen to on BBC4 called In Our Time.

You've got to listen to that program.

It's great.

Time to put that vast brain of yours in a nice bucket.

Today at the Test is on BBC4 and BBC iPlayer, highlights on the BBC Sport website and app.

England do begin a white ball series, yes, a white ball series against Sri Lanka on Tuesday with the first T20 at Southampton.

And we're on air for that from 6.15pm. Three T20s and three one-day internationals in that series.

Uh, I've got one for you this week, which I hope you will enjoy.

On Wednesday night on BBC Four, there is a little program, as they tend to do with the, when they're showing, uh, an old series, where Andrew Davis is remembering Middlemarch.

Ed Miliband, the new foreign minister, was on BBC4 this morning commenting on the headline that some part of the Burnham government or some part of the British establishment will no longer accept goods from the West Bank.

This is a way of talking about rejecting Israel as a viable alternative for the Middle East.

And I'm lost here as to what Mr. Malaband said, but you said it was consultative and restorative as opposed to the harshness of yesterday.

It feels like it is.

A couple of weeks ago, I was just, you know, amusing myself watching Top of the Pops on a Friday night on BBC4, as I want to do.

There was, it was the 1976, I think it was the 14th of October, maybe something like

that.

Um, nostalgia, uh, pays, um, Eoghan, and you have another chance to revisit a classic and what you think is an overlooked sitcom.

Yeah, well, it, it, it, what, what I love about, BBC Four slid kind of dangerously towards irrelevance a number of years ago when they decided they weren't putting any new programming on it over, over in London, obviously, with cutbacks, and we all know what that's like in this business.

But, um, so it became this archive outlet and, you know, just, rather than just kind of dusting down programs to just fill time, every so often, they'd pick a classic British sitcom.

Now, look it, whenever anyone goes, "Oh, the BBC, it gave us Fawlty Towers," that's, uh, that's usually all they say.
