So I try to find a way to take that airline logistics thinking of, you know, a program and a formula to actually make something happen, but try and do something which was on the front end, a human doing what Kathy was doing with my dad.

went to Baycrest in Toronto, talked to them about slowing down cognitive decline in elder adults and seeing how you could actually have that effect and then gather that legacy.

And seeing the effect it had on people to actually see their book in print, to have a title, I mean, these titles behind me, they're crazy with people, they come up fantastic.

but to actually have all that information in a legacy and have that self-worth and the difference it made to people.

Uh, it's investing not just in your bank account, but investing in your health, in your independence, in your relationships.

At Baycrest, uh, our vision is for a world where every older adult lives a life of purpose and fulfillment and dignity.

And to me, if you can get there, that really is having a wealthy life.

And, and I think that what goes misunderstood a lot of times is that brain health is really one of the most valuable assets that we have, and it's one that we don't always think about until something goes wrong.

Yeah, there's a lot of literature.

There's not a lot of really well-designed, uh, studies that have the right kind of controls in place.

It's one of the things that we're working on right now at Baycrest to, to build up that, that literature.

Uh, there, there are blood tests that are out there.
