Right, right.

He didn't show up to BayCon.

You know, there was TriCon, NyCon, and BayCon.

Those are the three, the big three.

By the time BayCon roll around, Roddenberry, you know, wasn't there.

You know, it was third season, everything else.

But he was at NyCon.

Um, someday it may be fun to sit down and see if anything, that third Worldcon in a row over the Star Trek live production of the original series made [laughs] much of an impact the way we think about the third season now.

But maybe we circle back around and look at the impact then before Star Trek s- became a, a fan campaign, you know, and not active production.

Yeah, that BayCon, that third one, uh, uh, Worldcon, which was in San Francisco, that one has even more photos of the three-foot with the goose neck.

[laughs] If you look at the photos that were taken, the J.K. Klein Collection, there's some really amazing photographs.

Roddenberry wasn't there for BayCon, but, uh, the three-foot model was, and there's some really nice shots of it taken at that time when they brought it out, along with the props and so forth, you know?

That's interesting, 'cause I wonder who was shepherding, 'cause it would've been shepherded up, you know, not out of their sight from LA up to San Fran.
