Bay Minette

Likewise, the South Alabama Regional Planning Commission will receive $1.5 million to assess properties for potential redevelopment.

Assessment activities will focus on the City of Mobile's riverfront industrial area, the City of Bay Minette, I know that city.

There are posals in Baymanette and the city of Brewton and its adjacent unincorporated and commercial areas.

So that was done yesterday there.

I have the list on 1819news.com, so you can go and see exactly what's gonna be done if you, if you wanna check that out.

But I think the biggest ones were $2 million, in one case over $2 million that Bay Minette and Fairhope, uh, city governments will receive those 200, uh, million, excuse me.

And, um, Bay Minette will use the funds for the disaster, disaster recovery project.

Fairhope is using it for water expansion on Fish River, which we all know is important.

So I mean, it's good to see that, that we're going to be a little closer to final recovery for all these projects.
