On my typical commute, I would take the train down to Hoboken, New Jersey, and then take the ferry or path train across the river, and when I took the ferry, there's a, a little chapel sponsored by nearby St. Peter's Church right by the marina in Battery Park City, and I would go to the 8:00 mass there, and that's what I did that morning, like normal.
P
6:06Paul CarrisGUEST
And that was done by 8:30 and I'd go up to my office, 'cause it, you know, I'm half a block away.

P
22:39PatAUDIENCE
And on the day of the event, I was actually at the school, and when we were told, obviously, leave as soon as possible, we were lucky enough to get out of the area before any towers fell, even though my daughter did see people dropping from the buildings as we walked across Chambers Street to the subway, which was still running.
P
23:02PatAUDIENCE
And then we were obviously out of the area for a month, and then our lease was not canceled, so we were back in Battery Park City, for another 11 months until the end of our lease, the end of August, the following year.
P

R
4:32Robert MoorheadGUEST
There was debris, paper, the infamous ground zero dust was everywhere, covering us, covering the ground.
