When I look back at it, it was just like a happy accident that I was approached by Mike with his libretto to Giesle in Her Bathtub.

He had shopped it around to all the legit composers in town, meaning everybody who was actually a pro, and nobody wanted to do it 'cause there was no money attached to it, and I didn't have anything better to do.
