Well, so there is something in New South Wales called BASIX, B-A-S-I-X, and that is a thing that was brought in in about the early 2000s, I think, and it does require that if you're building a new home or a new property or doing a certain size extension to your property, you need to meet a defined set of efficiency in water and energy.

And the water ones, it comes from having water-efficient fixtures like taps and shower heads, and it also requires you to build typically a rainwater tank.

So most new homes that are being built now... will have a rainwater tank as part of that.
