Um, so a lot of the wallet, uh, came back from the Basic Attention Token.

Um, so originally, the, the original di- design of what we were trying to do with BAT was effectively, uh, eliminate ads, but then bring them back in in a way that the user was involved in.

Um, and so, uh, one of the things that comes up with that when you're dealing with effectively a micro transaction is that when you're trying to make a payment over Visa or MasterCard or some other system like that, uh, there's base level fees, um, that they charge, and those fees were too high to be able to actually perform, uh, the sorts of, uh, transactions that we wanted to be able to.
