This pulpit committee came to Bartow, Florida, to hear me preach.

And so I gave the invitation, walked down, people started coming forward, and I got on my knees and prayed with this fellow to be saved.

Tyrone ended up driving by my house because he has, like, a, a lawn service or a tree service company, and he, he remembered where I told him I lived, and he saw the ambulances there.

He had stopped by to find out what went on and then saw that I was in the hospital and then came to Bartow and then walked in.

I don't really recall what he was-- I don't even remember the, the moment.

I just remember him walking in and, and us talking, and he was probably disappointed again, but he was probably smiling because if I know Tyrone, he's always, always upbeat, always encouraging, always, uh, not condemning for what I was doing, but always trying to lift me out of that.

Obviously played for the Canes.

Got a huge, huge company up there in Polk County, uh, with Taste One Boiled Peanuts, so a lot, a lot of stuff going on at Bartow, in Bartow, Florida.

Polk County, one of my favorite places to visit actually.

What else are you doing these days? You know what I mean? Last night, I did a media night for a horror attraction in Bartow, Florida.

So if you don't know where Bartow, Florida is, you're not supposed to.

It's in the middle.

yeah yeah you just uh you know you go like let's go to brandon and then you'll pass valrico wave hi to my wife and i we live there and uh we don't want to but you know that's where it's past the cows on the right oh just keep going past keep going past valrico you'll pass dover uh then you'll see a bunch of taco stands right a bunch of taco stands um and then you'll you'll you'll see uh like i don't know the outskirts of plant city and then more taco stands and And then you'll go past Lakeland for a half a second.

And then you'll go past, I think it's Mulberry.

And then more taco stands.

And then Bartow, baby.

So I connected to-- I wanted to start with the South because Florida was a hotspot in Columbus and Ohio in general, in general, and the Midwest.

So I log into the Bartow server, which usually gets a lot of Bartow, Tampa, and Orlando.

Well, it was going on ninety-two point three, and it was a battle zone.

And, uh, and during that battle, you know, they were playing, uh, "What Was I Thinking?" You know what I'm talking about, that country song.

You know what I mean? And, uh, come to find out, you know, when it was strong enough to, uh, go to the R-RDS, you know, it was actually WCOL.

And like, wait a second, we got Columbus right here, uh, in the mar- in the radio right here.

And, uh, so Tampa and Bartow is here in Columbus.

Um, so yeah, and I did hear the station name in the recording, um, which I'll play a snippet of that.

Ready to talk about a piece of Florida history that's not as well known as the Coral Castle, but certainly deserves to be in the same or a similar kind of conversation or, you know, type of construction, I guess you could say.

There's so many parallels between the Bartow Wonderhouse and the Coral Castle.

The timing, a little bit of controversy, the story with the health, right? We'll get into all this, but...

So, Juan, what is the Bartow Wonderhouse? Like...

So it is, uh, it's a building in Bartow, Florida, which is Polk County.

And essentially it is, let me pull it up here.

it was essentially a 1920s experimental house, right? The house of wonders.

Without the plants growing all over it and stuff.

And so I checked, and it's like, well, yeah, they were on their lunch break.

And instead of driving back to Bartow and spending an hour in transit and putting that much more wear and tear, they just took a break in their car 10 feet from the job site, and that citizen just saw them and thought they were loafing.

It's like, no, they were actually being very efficient with their time, and that's the context that a lot of people don't fully understand when they start making these kind of allegations.
