You know, I think that's, you would like these guys coming in the portal to be.

And I think we've found, you know, For us, there's certain positions that you can bet on sort of development or traits or upside.

There's certain profiles that I think we're comfortable betting on something other than production.

And there's certain positions where production is kind of everything and experience is really important.
