On this latest episode, we are joined by Ryan Foley, publisher of Bartender Magazine, a publication his father, Ray, started back in 1979 after walking away from a comedy writing gig for Johnny Carson to chase what he actually loved, tending bar.

Ryan grew up inside this magazine.

He calls it his sibling.

How did you get started? How did you get interested in the hospitality industry?

Well, I kind of had no choice.
