Bart Doan

My great friend, I can say it now because he doesn't work for the state anymore.

Bart Doan, great friend of mine, spent a decade and a half in state government and did a phenomenal job.

trying to help at-risk kids through the JAG program, which the state gutted, one of the few successful state programs that actually helped at-risk kids get on their feet, get out of poverty, get out of life of crime, have a career, have an education, and the state gutted it.

And so we sat in the back and we watched this thing together.

That drew the crowd.

So I didn't have time nor the effort nor the mental capacity to deal with those people because I was going to say something was going to get me in trouble.

But one of the people who did was a guy I mentioned earlier, Bart Doan, my friend.

I can now mention that Bart is my buddy.
