What does your team look like now and why have you decided to build it this way?

So when I went in with my plan to Barry Wolf, Ramona Nee, Jonathan Soler, who collectively lead the firm, and David Struemeyer, I went in and I said, you know, I think I can serve the whole firm with a manager plus five, maybe six of what we're ultimately calling laser architects, right? And I wanted people who did not come from a single background.

I want necessarily a diverse set of experiences and skills, both in technology and a little bit not.

And the reason I did that is because if you have a lot of experience on back-end development, that has a role to play.

I think it's worth... perhaps highlighting a bit of context.

So last year, last summer, I wrote a profile of Weil and their leader, Barry Wolf.

And I said they were facing that trickiest of moments for any professional services business, a period of transition.

And there has been a feeling for some time that Weil has been going through a bit of a protracted period of transition.

And Mike Aiello is right at the center of this, by the way.

This is what almost makes this take on a feel of a soap opera rather than just another partner leading, because God knows there are enough of those.

So February, previously at a firm, said at the end of 2027, Barry Wolfe, who's the executive partner and longtime leader, will stand down.

And so there we go.
