So we've never been to that before, but actually we were steered that way a little bit by The head of occupational health at Barnsley Hospital, Michael, he was saying this might be a good group for you because we've done some work there with their occupational health team and training them in health coaching skills, which was really interesting because they have not really used that kind of way of working before, but they absolutely... loved it anyway so this was maybe a good network for us to be involved in so um we i went along with jennifer one of our other uh directors and um yeah we had i would have to say we had one of the most engaging stalls i might say that anyway because we did have um the 10 components for thinking environment hoopla i mean no one's come across that before and then so we had a bit of a competition to see if people could win a place on one of our two-day foundation health coaching courses um and as well as thinking about the other courses that we offer which is the what matters to you program which again is really suitable for anyone working in secondary care and probably more widely than that so yes interesting because um there aren't many health and wellbeing coaches working in occupational health.
