Bardock

He looks just like Goku.

He's Goku 3.0, 2.0. It's a Bardock Goku.

We've actually talked about this in previous pods before.

He's like the original black Goku.

Vegeta's got his own look.

Why do we have to repurpose Goku's visage, visage, whatever you want to call it, over and over? I mean, hell, Goten is a young Goku.

We've got Bardock, who is Goku.

We've got Turles, who is Goku.

She voices most of the male relatives.

Goku, Gohan, Goten, and Bardock.

Oh, and this is something I didn't know.

She voiced Tetsuro in Galaxy Express.

Could be.

They had a lot of people come in for Hamtaro.

And in Kai, she was Goku, Gohan, Bardock, Goten, Gotenks, and Vegetto.

Wow.

Is Raditz his brother? Spoiler alert! Oh, Raditz is...

bardock's other son

yeah

okay i didn't

and i especially especially when you know goku's parents like they never talk about exactly yeah bardock and gine clearly had a favorite yeah they

had a favorite especially during bardock's special ova like his little mini movie

Or even in a Broly movie, like with the updated Bardock lore.

They don't ever get a one son off this planet.

They're like,

That's my brother? Yeah.

What you doing? What you doing, man? Yeah,

like, if we coming from the Bardock trio, like, hey, like, yeah, I'm a Saiyan, but I got, like, a moral compass.

Yeah

... before Dragon Ball Super Broly came out, like, we knew Broly, we knew Gogeta, we knew Bardock.

Yeah.

Like, we knew everything.

They telegraphed it from the start, especially over here, where they're like, "We're gonna do American, you know, screenings of these films, and we're going to do the Bardock special and the Broly movie and Fusion Reborn."

[laughs]

No reason.

Where we'll get...

Bardock, the father of Goku abridged and Dragon Ball Z Kai abridged episode one.

Then who was monkey? I feel I should explain on, on the Dragon Ball Z Kai abridged.

What happened was when team four star created, uh, Dragon Ball Z abridged, they hadn't started releasing Dragon Ball Z Kai yet, uh, So when Dragon Ball Z Kai finished, they thought, wouldn't it be funny to abridge an abridgment? So everything we just did took 13 10-minute episodes.

I, you know, I adore Moro, and Granolah I think is where we ended up on that.

I think I ended up adoring Granolah by the end, minus all the Bardock stuff.

I'm not there yet with this.

I do appreciate it.

Mm

... we can't have Goku, so let's go get Bardock.

Eh.

Mm.
