So it's like all the Caribbean nations.

So, Tonight at midnight, 44 minutes from right now, the only one really to get your teeth into was Aruba versus Antigua and Barbuda.

So a very quick handicap for me shows that under two and a half goals looks massive at 11 to 10.

Both were relegated to League C from B last time.

Antigua not scored in seven of the last nine.

So we're going under two and a half goals in Aruba, the Antigua in Barbuda.

The history of radio broadcasting from and on the Caribbean island of Antigua is an interesting one.

Antigua is actually the main island of a small country called Antigua and Barbuda, which comprises those two islands and 52 other small islands, all located at the northern end of the arc of islands that form the West Indies.

Formerly part of the UK's Leawood Islands colony, Antigua and Barbuda gained internal autonomy in 1967 and then became fully independent from the UK in 1981.

The total population is only about 106,000 and the capital is St John's on the northwest coast of Antigua.

The first radio station of sorts in Antigua was an American Forces Radio Service AFRS amplifier station which was set up during World War II.

We operate on our assigned frequency of 620 kilohertz on the AM band, beaming 10,000 watts of power.

Our transmitter site is located at Radio Range in St. John's.

This station is owned and operated by the Government of Antigua and Barbuda and serves the islands of the North Eastern Caribbean.

Upstairs was wood, but it was significant timbers, and there were hurricane clips everywhere.

That was definitely the longest night of my life.

Its winds reached a maximum of 140 miles per hour and remained at that peak value over the next two days.

The authorities in Antigua and Barbuda have declared a state of emergency.

Destruction is put at 200 million pounds with two-thirds of the island's buildings either damaged or destroyed.

Um, so this is a funny, pretty funny first...

Uh, I think it was funny to think about going from this and ending with Barbuda.
