So I think he likes the uniformity, the science, the predictability, you know, and the control, I think, both that briquettes give versus lump and then gas gives.

And I kind of feel like pellet Smokers should fit in there as well because it gives you a high degree of control with your temperatures, but I don't really recall him getting into the type of wood that he likes.
