Love to see it.

So in 2025, I was largely still using it as a chat box, and it was very, very simple compared to now where I have a dedicated agents, a system, a process, a lot of context docs for each client, and that's kind of how I organize everything in folders so that Claude can use it very effectively.
9:29
And, you know, it's very funny to think about 2025 where in ChatGPT, I'm pretty sure you still had, like, a limit of five docs that you can attach to each message, and that's kind of where it was pulling information from, which is hilarious to think about now when I have hundreds of docs that a agent needs to resurface for every single client when it's writing content in order to make sure that everything is accurate, that everything is correct, that it's not hallucinating any information about the product or the company.
9:57
So that's kind of the main difference.

And then obviously in terms of just the business, it has allowed me to scale without hiring any additional people.
10:06
And a lot of this time saved comes from very small things like kind of automating my sales process and kind of project proposals and stuff like that that I do for clients, which I still did with ChatGPT in 2025, but it was still that kind of classic, like, you go into the chat box and you put your transcript in, and then you create a project proposal, and then you have to edit it.
10:27
So I could take on, like, maybe two to three sales calls a week, uh, which was crazy after your guys' episode landed because suddenly I just had so many call, um, requests that I had to kind of space them out.

But I think, Barbara, you articulated the problem well, that the assumed context that you have when you first create something with AI has to get basically sand down and, and finished out of the process, and it's a really good way to do it.
2:17
with that and taking advantage of it.
2:19
So this is a workflow that I use for all of my clients who are doing webinars.
2:23
So we work from step one to step three.
2:26
In step one, we have the basic planning of the webinar that we use AI for as well.
2:31
So figuring out who their audience is, taking all of their current ICP, figuring out what is the best topic for them.
2:38
How do we need to structure this event? Where do we need to get RSVPs? What is our kind of starting point? and then building that promotion engine based on it.
2:47
We want to make sure that we are posting everything on social media.
