If the shape of your nose is genuinely abnormal or noticeably deformed, then the purpose of the surgery is to correct the defect and to restore the nose to a normal appearance rather than really changing a normal feature for greater beauty.

yes so this is in the Nafil Salah if one reads it in the second rakat in normal Salah then it's fine but to have multiple surahs in one rakat that is not advisable so to read from two different portions meaning so in the Nafil Salah one can read from different portions and that is fine so this is something that was peculiar and unique to that particular sahabi that he would always read the surah however for us we should look at the sunnah kirat and observe the sunnah kirat
