Bangalow

Oh, well, that was really good-

If you do, suggest to, um, if I was gonna say, suggest you do it just before you, uh, you take a back road through before Bangalow-

Yeah

... and there's some really good runs you can get through there in that sort of part of the world.

If you take the old highway-

Yep

... go into, uh, Bangalow and all that, that's really fun.

Yep.

But, um.

The best feedback we've received early, early days was, "I feel so represented." Like the person said, "I walk in with the three of you as one team." They go, "I feel so represented." The very first open we went to as buyer's agents, a, a little cottage in Bangalow, and we had the client with us, and it was their first purchase.

So I'd bought and sold for their father and, and mother for many years.

And they said, soon as they saw we'd changed, they said, "These, the guys are actually gonna ... " We actually went on a path of how they were gonna be able to start flipping and help them beyond just buying the first one, but why they're buying it, where their income can come from, and why they're gonna be able to flip there in that suburb over others.
