Baltic Defence College

I mean, it's fascinating, you know, being here, uh, in Estonia this, uh, this week.

Uh, and, you know, uh, in Tartu, uh, I'm supporting the Baltic Defense College, which is a fantastic institution.

Uh, it's where not just the Baltic states, but a lot of the, um, allies from this part of the world, uh, train their future leaders, and I've been today spending some great time with the, uh, the senior enlisted course here.

Uh, and what was interesting, uh, was how, you know, um, all three of the, uh, command senior enlisted leaders, uh, from Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania talked about the need for over-the-horizon radar-
