Dr. Alden, with the adoption of fresh, frozen, refrigerated meat-type products, there's a greater demand for pathogen control.

Balchem's recently created a product called pH Control Systems.

Tell me a little bit about that.

Especially if we can get, uh, Clay to come up with some money to do some Balchem studies up there.

So, um, I'm currently a ruminant technical service specialist at Balchem, based in California, but I also worked in South America.

But before that, I'm originally from Brazil, where I got my veterinarian degree, and then I moved to the US to do my master's and my PhD with Dr. Santos here at the University of Florida.

So, you know, we wanna find versions of nutrients that are, you know, well-absorbed, and generally trade- trademarked ingredients tend to have the most clinical research behind them.

All of our minerals, you know, are, you know, we source from a really reputable supplier, Balchem, that, um, makes like really well-tolerated forms that are generally, you know, the magnesium form that's buffered with, with glycine To ensure that they're best absorbed.

So would definitely recommend looking at the form of the nutrient, and then we've been talking a lot about dose.
