[laughs] Yeah.

"I thought it's not worth the bother." Right? And then I walk down to the Bakerloo Line.

Who's there? Steven Stresshead.

He wasn't even getting the Circle line.

I lost Freddy in the underground.

He dodged down into the Bakerloo tube and boarded a train for Queen's Park.

I was right on his heels.

At Baker Street, he got out rather suddenly, and by sprinting, he managed to catch the Metro.

10 additional Elisabeth trains which will start coming into service later this year to enable us to increase frequency on the Elisabeth line.

And then in the longer term, we're in discussions with Siemens who have options for new rolling stock on the Bakerloo line.

Those trains are now 54 years old, they're the oldest rolling stock in regular service across the United Kingdom.

Our team has done an amazing job to keep them in service and reliable, but they definitely need replacing.

You know, I would expect the DLR extension to Tamsui to be finished.

I hope the West London Orbital on the overground will have been approved and delivered.

Bakerloo Line Extension, hopefully, certainly approved and in construction.

So many things.

There's two options.

There's Elizabeth Line or there was Bakerloo Line, right? And I've been to the Piccadilly Circus when the last tube's going.

Have you seen the queues? It's Piccadilly Circus, isn't it?

They didn't speak about what had happened the previous night, but occasionally, when the opportunity has presented itself, they've spent the night together again.

Conrad walks to Paddington Station and takes the Bakerloo tube line under the Thames to the hospital.

as he approaches the bulky square white building his phone hums again and this time it is lorne telling him that she's booked a table for them to-night at a restaurant called beak street Conrad is directed to the acute admissions ward in the Lambeth wing of the hospital, and a stern sister on duty tells him that he can only have a few minutes with Elsa as she's on medical observation after the doctors had patched her up in the early hours of the morning.

He walks to her and sits on an orange plastic chair beside her bed.

And it was interesting for me to observe, um, commuters on that travelator, 'cause I love that travelator.

If I can just, between the Bakerloo [laughs] and Jubilee lines, you know, any excuse to, to travel on it.

So it's a flat escalator, for those who, who may not know what a travelator is.

And, uh, uh, before I even, uh, went into the studio, I actually visited that area and just observed how people walked through there, um, and what they did.

And it's loud.

The Bakerloo is the

worst.

Why? Because it's the oldest train on the line.

Because I use the same line every day.

I have caught the red ones on Central, but I've never noticed.

Yes, you never thought it was brown on Bakerloo? It must be green on the district.

Same lines go,

I mean, it's, it... for me, it's very much a London thing, and I appreciate that there are lots of your, um, viewers who are S- Spurs fans for decades who maybe don't live in London and don't really understand what that means.

But, you know, I remember, like, when I first moved to this country, being on the, um, on the Underground, on the Bakerloo Line, and a kid singing If You're Happy and You Know It, Clap Your Hands.

Yeah.

And there was dead silence on the train.

[upbeat music] We made our way on the Bakerloo Dragon.

We were supposed to get to heaven, but ended up in Finsbury Park instead.
