Tell me, what are the skills that are the hardest to teach someone when they enter a workforce? Obviously, you guys came for this program.

Todd, I'm sure you've seen a lot of people that come through the Baja SAE program.

What are you seeing that they're bringing skills to this that you're seeing non-Baja or other SAE program people maybe aren't hitting the ground running as easily?
