Bahrain Trophy

He's won three of them.

And like I said, the Bahrain Trophy two starts ago, very small field, but he sat up on the pace.

And when they got busy, he got busy.

He knuckled down and thought, right, I'm on here.

He raced for John and Thady Gosden.

He ran a very pleasing race in the Queen's Vars at Royal Ascot when he was fourth, having not got the best of runs, then won the Bahrain Trophy, looked set for a St. Leger campaign.

It was actually sold to Kieran Maher and a group of his owners.

One would imagine that given at the time he was probably the only royal runner that you can think of that had genuine Group 1 aspirations, the transfer fee, the sale price, must have been considerable.

And Point of Law, um, you gave this horse a pretty positive push, Luke.

Won the Bahrain Trophy, which was a race that Land Legend ran fifth in, it ran third in Caulfield Cup, and then obviously came out and won the Might and Power last week at, at massive odds.

Um, was gonna go into this as his fifth career start.

I think they were pretty disappointed obviously not to get a run, but I guess he'll try and now do what they have usually done with these Northern Hemisphere three-year-olds, which is run them first up in the Melbourne Cup.
