Baggio Rakotonomenjanahary

Prachuap took all three points at Muangthong.

A Baggio thunderbolt eventually beat Anipong Kitcha Kham in the Police Tero goal.

There's a first win of the season for Nakhon Ratchasima.

Khon Kaen United are now the only side with four wins from their first six games.

Because this is what Police Tero are like.

They remind me of a works team of 11 individuals just cobbled together, and that was my biggest takeaway from this game, Rob.

But the headline, of course, was Super John Baggio saves coach's job with injury time winner.

Yeah.

This was a game you felt that was important to both sides, both looking for a second win of the season to sort of kick-kickstart after the FIFA break.

Baggio obviously is the star attraction for Kanchanaburi.

He played most of the first half hugging the right touch line, which seems an awful waste of his talents when the team appears to have been built around him.

He's clearly at his most effective when his instincts allow him to roam wherever he can to do the most damage, as we will see when he gets to his opening goal.

Uh, Chaiyapipat was booked as early as the eighth minute for a poor tackle in midfield.

When Kanchanaburi did win possession, they were far too easily dispossessed.

Baggio looked lonely and frustrated.

But then, against the run of play, Kanchanaburi took the lead.

It's a nice football grand

yeah uh three minutes gone Baggio's out to to make an impression his 25-yard free kick needs a good save by Kitikun low it is near post five minutes later Robson Duarte scores for Kanchanaburi it's from almost 30 yards it's a low drive it goes in off Kitikun's left upright it's a super strike there's almost no backlift In golfing terms, this is just about timing as he puts his laces through the ball.

What a strike.

But Mahasarakam are never out of this game.

Try saying that quickly.

But Tirupat drags the ball wide from 10 yards.

Kitikun then, in the Maha Sarikam goal, makes another low save from Baggio, but it's a rare attack from the home team.

And leading to the 84th minute, Maha Sarikam enjoy plenty of possession and score a deserved equaliser.

Our friend Park Hang-seo, who we seem to mention every week, certainly does things his own way.

John Baggio did not start.

He came on for the second half.

Robson Duarte, who I've been impressed by, is on the substitutes bench and stays there for the whole 19 minutes.

You do the rugby, don't I?

It's just ugly.

And it's still raining, of course, and John Baggio is on.

And in the 67th minute, Baggio's cross from the left of the penalty area reaches Payanat, stretching to score at the back post.
