It's the next logical step.

We have Yigbe bills, I guess, in God's Backyard that let religious and other nonprofits give them exemptions from zoning requirements to build housing on excess land that they own.

I think it's the next logical step to that to say, well, if you can build multifamily, why can't you also build co-living there? It'll be even cheaper to convert in some cases, like you say.

excess classrooms maybe you know excess accommodation seven um you know seminaries and you know priest housing is not needed anymore um if you can get some of the costs down by sharing kitchens and bathrooms then that could be great and it helps fulfill these organizations missions as well like they live to serve the communities they're in like we should be making it more possible for them to do that so i would i would love to see some yigby plus bills filed next session that are Yeah, do all the stuff, like give religious and non-profits, but also let them do co-living as well, not just multifamily.

I walked in and I was like, oh my God, this is actually how people live here.

Like I could not even, everything was white and marbles on the floor and swimming pool at the backyards.

and a handsome family and a son like a 20 year old look like a model.

I'm like, what is this? But then I, and then the guy is trying to talk to me.
