Okay.

So my last one, and the reason why I reacted like I did to Exit Party- My last one is Backlist.

I am going to read Station Eleven before the end of the year.

I still have not.

The trouble is the proxy.

Backlist sales also go up every time Hasbro reprints an older set.

Gina Goeder named the top backlist sellers by distribution as Foundations, Final Fantasy, and the 2023 Lord of the Rings set.

And when Eric Handler at Roth asked for the split between new releases, Backlist, and Secret Lair, Goeder said, we typically don't provide those levels of splits.

So the retention story might be completely true.

The number offered as proof just goes up either way.

They do

... we are here to do the Hot List, which is our monthly check-in about the books that are trending, anything that's been a big pre-order hit, bestsellers, book club picks, adaptation action, book talk, backlist bumps that have become, or backlist titles that have become duly relevant with some kind of pop culture bump, and we are really cooking.

We had started at last month's Hot List with, like, the September big fall releases were starting to come out, but we were still waiting on numbers for some of them, and for some of the big titles to hit.

Most of the big books of the season, not all, but most, have come out, and we are having a big day today.

So, you know, if you can come and see us, please do so.

And then Flametree, the wonderful Flametree, who've been supporting me a great deal, bringing up our new novels, also reissuing Backlist.

They have the very new novel, Ancestral, and that comes out beginning of November.

So, well, if you're feeling kind, look for both.
