Baby Pac-Man

So let's start with Baby Pac-Man.

We c- we can start with, uh, with, uh, Baby Pac-Man.

I haven't actually looked at your notes until just now.

There's no promises there.

In fact, I think we probably won't be talking about Pac-Man, but I definitely want to talk about some of the other Pac-Man official Pac-Man games that came out, such as super Pac-Man or Pac-Man two, the new adventures or Pac, land or pac-mania um all these games are classics in their own right um and there's some weird ones out there there's like baby pac-man which was it was a pinball machine that featured an arcade component to it so like you launched the pinball and when the pinball went into certain areas it would activate like an arcade game that you played separately with separate controls i'm pretty sure so but yes this is gonna be the pac-man clones episode um so uh we will Get into our retro rewinds unless Seth has anything he wants to talk about with Pac-Man clones.

So getting into our retro rewinds, Seth had me play Abyss of Pandemonium for MS-DOS.

One of the things I wanted to bring up was the the Pac-Man.

You had a viral post on Craigslist trying to sell a modded baby Pac-Man machine.

Yeah.

Yeah.

It did, for what's considered viral at that time, yeah.

Yeah, it's a lot more to retweet a 160-letter thing than it is to read an entire brutal outpouring of somebody's life through the metaphor of a

baby Pac-Man machine.

I'll tell people that too long didn't read is that it's just a Craigslist post that there's a Pac-Man machine for sale, but it gets into the details about... where it was purchased and why it was purchased and how my marriage fell apart and how my cat passed away in the midst of this.

Um, Pac Baby and the ghosts were all in there.

Uh, the characters lived on power pellets in their home world of Pac-Land.

Um, I'm wondering how much story you can get out of that, but, you know, two seasons seems pretty good.
