And I think AI qualifies.

So as you know, I wrote a book called Bot to Bot, The New Future of B2B Commerce, seven chapters covering all the dimensions of a B2B business.

It's filled with interviews, executive quotes.

I make checklists at the end of every chapter so that people can know what to do next, go back to the office.

And if we can offload that to AI all the better, where I think this gets really fascinating though, is there are certain things, if we're being honest, that AI can do better, faster and easier than we can.

And so there's going to be some of that leapfrogging um you know doing market research now for example and i can do that much better i think than the average human can now human with ai is strong but ai is getting better and better and better so this is an evolving space and that's why we're having this conversation now and that's why we're having the conversation in a couple weeks right brian at shop talk fall
