Azumanga Daioh

Yeah.

'Cause you don't really, you s- you didn't really remember Azumanga Daioh.

You remember Solo Leveling and Sword Art probably not for great reasons.

Not for good reasons.

That's not what I meant.

Dylan, you have rolled number five, which is the anime by the name of Azumanga Daioh.

Yeah, yeah, that's the one you were hyping up earlier.

That's the one...

I was actually talking to Sarah, who played Toki, about this earlier today.

I was re-watching some Azumanga Daioh clips for reference.

And first off, holy shit, Azumanga Daioh was incredible.

Um...

And the animation and even in like the opening is like really spectacular.

Like I said, we're way too inconsistent to have anything anymore.

But yeah, so this week we got Azumanga Daioh.

Have fun with that because, man, I love me some absurdist humor.

Alrighty, enjoy, bye-bye.

Set sail on journey

This week on our journey, Teijin is still away at his firefighter training, so we are going to keep increasing Dylan's anime knowledge by watching random shows that have some cultural significance.

So this week, we are going back in time to a classic comedy show known as Azumanga Daioh.

This is one I've never seen, but it is apparently a predecessor to one of my favorite shows of all time.
