Azores High

Is that...

That's not the Azores High.

Is that a European high or...?

Uh, it's, it's a, just an North Atlantic high, kind of, uh, you know, contiguous with the Azores as well.

And I mean, it's kind of one of those things.

Whenever I was doing it, the goal was always to try and get to the Azores High.

and okay once you get there typically those low pressure systems go well north of there you know it's calm it's docile and then obviously you do have that sort of safety waypoint if you need of the azores themselves where

sure yeah

not a good time to be there.

And unlike this year, there were there were, I think, five named storms in the Atlantic when I had to turn back.

So I was just like, get me to the Azores High.

There was no way I was going back to the East Coast.
