area?Um, it really depends on where the student is in their journey.

If we're talking about a student who is new to an English-speaking, English-medium school, then an ordinary school day would be very intimidating.

Because i- imagine trying to learn the new school environment, the language itself, the content, and trying to navigate friendship circles all at once.

It's pretty overwhelming.

So, um, at first they might be really overwhelmed and intimidated by this, and we see students staying very quiet at this stage, just simply observing.

And then if they become more familiar with the international school environment, of course the social language develops a little bit faster, so they start making friends, they start feeling more safe and secure in international school environments.
