I just really appreciate you making space for that.
14:07
Oh, no, thank you for reading that.
14:09
Yeah, I wanted to put a lot of things in there, especially those type of things.
14:13
I also talk about manifestation in a different way, and I really wanted to point those things out because they're true.
14:21
And so I always go back to this story of Leah Remini.
14:25
She used to have a reality show.
14:28
This is before her show with the late Mike Rinder, where they were doing, like, their takedown of Scientology, but she had a reality show.

Okay.

Mm-hmm
16:12
... and I discovered this." And it's just been very fascinating that people are doing the work because as you know, in this self-help wellness space, um, sometimes people can say that they are doing the work and they understand the concepts and the ideas of the work, but they're actually not feeling it and processing their emotions and actually going through the process of finding out the root causes and actually, um, leaning into those emotions and those feelings and those different parts of themselves to actually help them get to the other side of whatever healing journey at the time that they're on.
16:51
Because as you know, it is a journey.
16:53
You will revisit-

Mm-hmm
22:02
... how I help people do it is with these different modalities through the canyon to help them actually ask the questions that they wanna know.
22:10
Who am I? When did I get influenced? All of those things so they can face themselves in a way that feels like they're actually making progress and moving towards some type of healing, um, within their lives at the moment.
22:26
And you could come to the canyon.
29:35
Have you noticed a difference between when you're tuning into your body, feeling where this is stemming from, kind of bringing it up, allowing it to breathe, allowing yourself to feel it, when you access your personal wound versus an ancestral wound? Have you found any sort of distinction between that?
29:55
Yes.
29:56
Um, it's usually...
29:59
On my journey, it has been around just certain things with love, maybe money, um, maybe friendship, and just really dis- having a distinction between what's yours and what's not based off of, and I always tell people, kind of writing down, you know, what were you taught about this particular thing that you're struggling with? And then how do you actually feel about it? And that right there, you can see, well, what's yours, what's not, you know? Or for instance, um, growing up, there were certain times where like, you know, I heard the saying, "Never tell your left hand what your right hand is doing." And so it would be a very secretive kind of energy.
30:46
And so I'm like, "Well, that's...
30:49
Does it mean that someone's gonna attack me or someone's gonna be out to, you know, get me?" I had to realize like, "But wait, I can tell people who I trust, who I love, good things that are happening to me." I might not have to shout it out online and be like, "Oh, I'm doing this," or, you know, "I'm doing X, Y, and Z," but maybe I can tell my friend that I got a really great opportunity and feel safe with her.
31:13
So little things like that are like, well, where did you learn this from? Or a favorite, you know, that people hear, "Money doesn't grow on trees," right? So b- how do you interpret that? Who taught you that? So what, what was the behi- what...
