JDHOST
It's getting very high-end reviews from all the YouTubers I follow for it.
JDHOST
It is from a company called Ayaneo.
JDHOST
A-Y-A-N-E-O.
JDHOST
And it's called the Conquer Block.
RobHOST
Oh, that's not strange at all.
RobHOST
Just ask Aya Neo.
BanPANELIST
Too soon? Too soon? It's always too soon when I'm talking about INEO.
StubbsHOST
Now's the time that that stupid sound effect would play on all the reels that are on literally every reel where it's like, you know, that sound.
RobHOST
[laughs]
StubbsHOST
... why I stopped modding? You know, the last thing I modded was that AYANEO, uh, Pocket DS, and that was just a nightmare.
StubbsHOST
I was so stressed-
AndrewPANELIST
Oh, that's rough
RobHOST
Yeah.
StubbsHOST
Awful.
RobHOST
All AYANEO stuff is, like-
StubbsHOST
Dude
JoeyHOST
AYN doesn't have them.
JoeyHOST
AYA NEO doesn't have them.
JoeyHOST
I don't know about domestic for them, but at least internationally, they don't.
JoeyHOST
Powkiddy is no longer in existence.
Michael BennyGUEST
...
Michael BennyGUEST
Retroid necessarily, but with, um, AYANEO and some devices.
RobHOST
Oh, okay.
Michael BennyGUEST
They decided to order every color-
52 MINS LATER
StubbsHOST
And he will show you the door to the retro Saturday morning fun, and that'll be good.
StubbsHOST
Um, do stay tuned, of course, for Trihex coverage on that thing.
StubbsHOST
That's an AYANEO product.
TristanPANELIST
Pocket Michael.
StubbsHOST
I don't know.
StubbsHOST
It's, it's like AYANEO is this like ADHD like-
RobHOST
I think Ben appreciated that analogy
StubbsHOST
... big, big, big, but here you wanted this or this, or you wanted this, the clone, the blah, the blah.
StubbsHOST
Three gigs
RobHOST
...
RobHOST
AYN, AYANEO do the ones that can handle 3DS and DS.
RobHOST
The RGD is-
StubbsHOST
You have a single stick, which is not too bad.
StubbsHOST
It kinda has a, like, a Pocket Micro vibe from the AYANEO there.
StubbsHOST
You have your basic, uh, D-pad.
StubbsHOST
The pivot feels pretty good on it.
StubbsHOST
And I believe it's a one-by-one screen.
StubbsHOST
Ban, is that right? I'm gonna need some help with specs town today.
BanPANELIST
It is basically the same screen that's in the AYANEO Pocket Vert, as well as the, um-
RobHOST
Yep, the Analogue Pocket
Russ CrandallGUEST
Yeah
Bob WulffHOST
... that you had? It, uh, it probably with like the Ayaneo Odin 3, 'cause that's like the most powerful one-
Russ CrandallGUEST
Mm-hmm
Bob WulffHOST
... that I can think of, unless you have one that's more-
Bob WulffHOST
Yeah.
Russ CrandallGUEST
Like let alone have an SD card slot, right? And so, um, so it, that, that's a locked bootloader.
Russ CrandallGUEST
Whereas AYN Retroid, Ayaneo, they're like, "Do whatever you want," you know? And so, uh, and we had to work to get that, by the way.
Russ CrandallGUEST
You know, it's not like they started out being unlocked.
John VoorheesHOST
The Block.
Federico ViticciHOST
So out of the blue, uh, so AYANEO obviously the, their, their separate Conquer brand, which is surprisingly nice and kinda normal compared to [chuckles] the other things that they do.
Federico ViticciHOST
Uh, just out of the blue, they confirmed they had like, uh, one of their sessions on, on social media and Reddit.
Federico ViticciHOST
Um-
Federico ViticciHOST
Uh, uh, basically think TrimUI Brick, but made by Conquer-
John VoorheesHOST
Yeah
Federico ViticciHOST
... which is made by AYANEO.
Federico ViticciHOST
Now, this is coming at the end of October, like in, in, in a few weeks, and-
StubbsHOST
I don't know.
StubbsHOST
I was watching his, uh, AYANEO video yesterday, and that was pretty wild.
StubbsHOST
So excited for his new journey.
StubbsHOST
Well, everybody, uh, audience, how you doing out there? Oh.
