I just want to add one or two more things, which is in addition to having Tom Friedman, we're very fortunate to have Avril Haines as one of the keynote speakers on the evening.

She's the incoming president of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and is, I'm sure, all the podcast hosts.

Listeners know she was the former director of national intelligence, among other things, in the federal government.

But I think intelligence has been absolutely key from the start, from even before Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

And I remember being at NATO at the time and hearing the first briefings from the then US Director of National Intelligence, Avril Haines, who came to Brussels specifically to warn NATO allies and also to brief countries in the EU Russia's real plans and intentions of conquering the whole of Ukraine, taking Kyiv in a couple of days and eliminating the democratic government of Ukraine.

So I think the U.S., together with the U.K. and Ukraine, other allies at the time had very good intelligence but also took the unprecedented decision to share so much that had not happened in the past despite you know the ongoing exchanges of intelligence within nato in particular but at that level that was unprecedented and a lot of that intelligence was also shared with ukraine However, what we saw was that some European allies in particular at that time, even though they had the same level of information, the same intelligence was provided to them through NATO, had different analysis of the intelligence because they felt, in particular France and Germany at that time, And Ukraine in a different position, that it was not reasonable for Putin to invade Ukraine.

It made no sense.

You were in the room where it happened.

Did you expect Kyiv to fall in three days? How were your reactions to the development of the initial phases of the full-scale invasion?

Well, I can tell you that when I first heard that U.S. briefing by Avril Haines, I felt like a punch in the stomach because it was like the worst possible insight we could get.

And Yeah, I think it was hard for us to know what to expect.

Why we're allowing that, I do not know.

But I want to tell you that the auto pen is surely behind because how do I know this? Well, BlackRock and West Exec Advisors, West Exec Advisors, if you don't know, is where Blinken and Avril Haines and Flournoy and all of Obama's essentially progressive leaders.

Brookings and Center for American Progress led foreign policy of Obama.

And don't forget, they brought back in Brzezinski, Albright, and Kissinger into the Obama administration as well to run the foreign policy leading to World War III, where the reaction to World War III, which they've been building up since the 90s in Ukraine to use Ukraine to destroy Russia, and finally have their unified Europe run by the EU financial titans.

Um, the point of their activity is to make it seem like on the streets people support Iran and the, the Islamic Republic, and the main goal Of this is to make sure that when the US attacks Iran, that the American public, that it looks like there's a backlash.

Again, in a democracy, if you can make it look like public opinion is against the actions of the government, the government is probably going to minimize those actions.

Now, who are they? Blinken was running West Exec Advisors.

Avril Haines is over there.
