This is the most important question because we did hear from whistleblowers that testified under oath in Congress, most notably David Grush, who said that the government not only had programs for retrieval and reverse engineering of materials, and they had a lot of information, they have intact spacecraft that are being held in some places, dozens of them.

And whether this is real or not, whether the information represents reality depends on the facts on the ground.

So this is a solution to Albert Einstein's equations of gravity, which regard gravity as, um, curvature of spacetime.

So the way to think of this, we know the Earth moves around the sun, uh, and we tend to think that there is a force, gravity, connecting the Earth to the sun.

However, another way to think of it, which was Einstein's, um, insight, was to think about a marble moving, uh, on a trampol- the surface of a trampoline, the, the rubber surface, which is curved as a result of putting a, a heavy object in the middle.

Um, and so, um, like a, a bowling ball, okay? You put in the middle, and then the c- s- and then if you give, uh, the marble the right, uh, speed, it will move on this curved, uh, rubber in a circle, uh, just like the Earth moves around the sun.

And it's simply because of the curvature of spacetime that the Earth is trying to go along a straight line, but the spacetime is curved, and therefore it moves, uh, in, in a circle.

Uh, this, uh, fifth tranche of, uh, UAP data that was released today, uh, is different from, uh, past releases, uh, because, uh, there are three remarkable anomalies that are delivered, uh, in verbal testimonies rather than, uh, digital data in the form of imagery or video as we have seen before.

In fact, uh, I first, uh, tried to look for those, uh, images or videos, but they were quite disappointing.

Uh, instead, the three remarkable testimonies are as follows.

One of them, uh, is talking about, uh, a gun ship that, uh, on September 2021, uh, was, uh, conducting a, a, a live, uh, fire exercise in the Gulf of Oman, and they noticed 25 instances of unidentified objects that looked like cold orbs, and they appeared to react to the aircraft firing and were moving together, uh, just like dolphins, uh, at the speed of, uh, up to 1.7 times the speed of sound.

Uh, so it could be a very unusual swarm of drones, but, uh, at that speed, you know, it's really difficult to understand them, uh, in terms of known technologies.

Um, then, uh, there is a second report, uh, which talks about, uh, an analog, uh, clock that, uh, went faster by 20 minutes relative to two digital clocks after an encounter with an unidentified, uh, anomalous phenomena.

So how did it come about? How were you approached? And what's the sort of goal of the Advisory Council?

Yeah, so a representative from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence came to my home after coordinating the meeting with me, along with the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office in the Pentagon, and they asked me whether I'm willing to establish and lead the UAP Science Advisory Council to the U.S. government, and that includes organizations like ODNI, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, AERO in the Pentagon, the FBI, the White House, and the intelligence community.

The question was easy to answer because they had me at hello, so to speak, because that is my main challenge these days to figure out the nature of these objects.

You know, we're dealing with phenomena that are not fully understood by the Pentagon or the intelligence agencies.

And if they are technological phenomena, not natural objects, there are two possibilities.

But a few hours earlier, uh, I, I actually analyzed the real disclosure, the third batch that the, the US government released, and in it there was a report from the, the director of, uh, the All Domain Anomaly Resolution Office in the Pentagon, Dr. John Kozlowski, where he, uh, mentions an event, uh, that lasted two days in October 2023, where law enforcement officials saw unusual objects in the sky, uh, orbs, uh, that, uh, give birth to smaller orbs.

Uh, and, uh, the report mentioned that, um, uh, uh, 40% of the phenomena, uh, that were observed, uh, cannot be explained in to, in terms of human-made, uh, technologies, either from the US or what we know about adversarial nations.

So, uh, that is a remarkable document because you would expect, uh, if they thought that some of these or, or all of these objects are human-made, um, potentially they should have belonged to adversarial nations, then, um, this would have been a classified memo, uh, that Kozlowski sends, uh, to, to the Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth.

So the approach I take is, um, in the context, for example, of interstellar objects, those objects that arrive close to Earth from outside the solar system, and 'Oumuamua was the first one, uh, is to ask, uh, do they show anomalies? Do they look like the rocks or icebergs that are found in the solar system? And 'Oumuamua was quite different because the amount of sunlight reflected from it changed by a factor of 10 as it was tumbling every eight hours.

And that implied that it has an extreme shape, that the area, the surface area of the object which reflects the sunlight on the sky changes by a factor of 10 as it's spinning.
