And today we're going to talk about a word that I've heard from school leaders over and over and over again.

It's not necessarily a word we would put in a job description.

If someone is dependable, professional, coachable, caring, aligned with your school, you should fight to keep them.

If someone is consistently unreliable, resistant to feedback, Hire slow, fire fast.

That's our model here at Aventus, something that I encourage you to carry as well, because the longer you carry ineffective people, the more danger that you're taking on for your organization, the more damage they can cause.
