Avengers: The Children's Crusade

Obviously we know if there's any larger universe crossovers and I am off thinking that this is going to lead into doomsday, especially because, um, Terry Metellus, the showrunner has been saying, Oh, I would love to do the, um, you know, the, I would love to do the, um, the chill.

I would love to do the children's crusade.

And which tells me that that's not thus far being adapted.

And I hope he gets to, I really hope he gets to after this.

Yeah, we're going to have fun digging into that.

So let's get right into spoilers with just a couple of extra notes before we get into the episode itself.

So just good news in terms of whether we're getting that Children's Crusade story.

We don't know the Nielsen ratings yet because those are, you know, not reported for like months.

Wanda needs to come back.

I think it won't be on this show, but you'd love to see the children's crusade.

Potentially, you know, Terry Metallus, who's the showrunner here, has said he would love to do the Children's Crusade next.

So that gives you some idea of where we're headed.

And that takes, you know, I think the acting here is quite good, but I just, you know, I think there's too much good TV on right now.

Oh, Santiago, I'm so glad Ultron is your favorite character because you're getting a lot of them and there's a lot more of Ultron to come.

MCU X-Men says, do you think this show will have a second season? I think it'll continue into the Children's Crusade.

Wanda is the variable.

So when we heard these reports recently about Dr. Doom having Wanda and the Children's Crusade storyline being adapted in Secret Wars, a lot of people have thought, oh, okay, hold up, are Doom and Wanda together? Because that's the Children's Crusade storyline.

Wanda, who is memory wiped, meets Dr. Doom in Latveria and they're gonna get married.

I've said it many times, but in case you don't know, her memories come back.

These are reportedly the confirmed choices for the current cut of Avengers Doomsday.

So all of the filming is done, they went back, they did reshoots, and a lot of the insiders reported, hey, when they were doing these reshoots, you know, Marvel added some scenes, they might alter some scenes a little bit, they might cut some scenes that they don't think fit the film very well but one of the things that a lot of people reported on is that they recorded a new post credit scene different than what we've heard before that involves wanda now we've heard different things about this post credit scene like it could have her with a team but now it seems like there's a little bit of a twist to that it seems like she might actually have a army and that sounds really interesting but i think it makes a lot of sense if we think about what's really going to happen so first and foremost both james mac and my time to shine hello have basically hinted that doom has control of wanda with these pictures right here and this is the children's crusade storyline where wanda is with doom she actively chooses But I think there's going to be more to that in Avengers Secret Wars.

I think Doom is basically going to be controlling Wanda.

He's going to be inside of her head.

Remember, he's going to win, create Battleworld, and no one's going to remember the past except for a handful of heroes.

And that's where the next part comes in.

The post-credits scene is supposed to show Doctor Doom in possession of Wanda, which will directly connect to the reports that we've been hearing recently about the Children's Crusade storyline.

And it's basically Wanda's kids, Billy and Tommy, they go to rescue her.

he didn't say Vision in some of the interviews, it's specifically the Young Avengers crusade, or the Children's Crusade, the Young Avengers story.

That's what he says he wants to do.

Mm-hmm.

Now, we've actually heard this before.

Insider James Mack said this, Avengers Secret Wars is adapting everything, sorry, is adapting everything from Secret Wars 2015, as well as elements from Children's Crusade, Wanda and the Young Avengers slash Champions, and Avengers Forever, Loki slash Avenger Prime, when Loki becomes Avenger Prime.

But let's focus on that first part.

2015 Secret Wars, it's basically what I mentioned is going to happen in the MCU.

So that's basically going to be our version of the Life Wraps, the Quantum Realm.

And then there's another team, of course, we're going to talk about.

But adapting Children's Crusade and the 2015 Secret Wars means the Young Avengers are going to be tasked, like My Time to Shine Hello said, with going and finding Wanda.

Because like I've been predicting for a while, she is probably the key to awakening everybody's memories.

More like, uh, they're just all kind of there together.

I think they more so come together in Avengers Secret Wars and, you know, we've heard a lot of talk about them doing basically the Children's Crusade storyline in Secret Wars, which is them going to rescue Wanda, which makes sense because that's ...

In that comic, that's where Billy and Tommy realize Wanda's their mother, and they go to try to save her.

That's what's happening right now in the MCU with Vision Quest.
