And the one review of it was... on um on board game geek says that uh from a kind of board game uh former board game shop owner i think uh says that while he like came into avalon hill games which are all like a lot of them are like really crunchy war games and then there's the shakespeare game um he originally had a lot of contempt for this game, but now he believes it is the second best game Avalon Hill ever made.

Week 1 is Reports from the Front, which is the results of my Warfighter World War II missions from a war correspondence point of view.

Week 2 features the missions found in the out-of-print Avalon Hill game B-17, Queen of the Skies.

In this program, I read the journal of a pilot reporting on the mission after the fact.

Week three is Reports from the Dead, which is the results of missions using the Warfighter World War Z expansions.

This means that I can complete them by the end of October, which leaves enough time to script, shoot, and publish the next set of videos for the following year.

So, getting away from the videos, what games have I purchased lately? Well, I have purchased a couple of new games, which will find their way onto my channel at some point.

They include Atlantic Storm, the reprint, at least from what I understand, the reprint of the Avalon Hill game by Lock and Load Publishing, and for what remains, Out of the Basement by DVG.

Both were on sale, so I took the plunge.

Mine, I think, is kind of unique in that as a very young kid, my brother and I and one of our uncles actually were very involved in the traditional board games of the time, like from Avalon Hill and SPI.

We played Panzer Blitz and Third Reich and all of that stuff.

And we were just we just ate it all up.

He plays everything.

If you go back and look at the old Avalon Hill Generals, their articles by him for 20 different kind of games.

It's just crazy.

And he said he would write articles for me and that kind of thing.

Yeah,

that was kind of a weird thing.

Avalon Hill was in a big transition at the time.
