Automatic Packet Reporting System

It is a GPS.

So it is actually able to push the location through the regular analog part of the spectrum using digital APRS.

And it has GPS in it, so we can actually query it to see where it is.

The way that you usually control this thing or when you try to program it, you need to have something called CPS.

You can watch airplanes fly by on that.

And then the other one I also have working is APRS, which is like automatic position something system, reporting, I think, automatic position reporting system, which is on, as I understand it, I think it's on like trains and trucks, although I'm not positive.

And then it also seems to be on some static structures as well like around me it seems like the hospitals broadcast uh a thing with aprs uh and then uh that one it's like location-based it broadcasts a gps coordinate uh most of the time and then there's a little bit of other data so sometimes it will be like weather data there's i noticed that there's a couple weather stations where they broadcast a gps coordinate and a um like uh Excuse me, the humidity and pressure.

Maybe temperature, if I recall right.

mount it in the visor above my head that basically does APRS and

Winlink.

Uh, RDS, RBDS, so broadcast station, uh, text, you know, those little text notes you see on your radio, and it says, you know, "The, the Wall 104.9," you know, stuff like that on your radio.

Uh, ISM868, APRS, AIS, ADSB, VDL, ACARS, HFDL.
